Wet Mystery

I ran inside after morning tea. My answers just wouldn’t match.

I could smell a sour smell swifting up my nose. I touched around for it I couldn’t find it.

I could feel the wet pointy mystery of a thing in my hands. I could feel a half circle shape. It had a hard bottom and it was bumpy. It had pointed sharp corners. The next second I took my blindfold off and there it was...a lemon.

Term two Inquiry

For inquiry we have been doing real life superheroes. For my presentation I chose to focus on World War 1 and 2.

Metaphor Poem Lochie

Over the past two weeks Room 7 have been learning how to write effective metaphors. A metaphor is a direct comparison to an object/thing.

We had to describe as lolly, a tree, vehicle, something in our community, a sandwich and a piece of clothing.

Here is mine.
Lochie is a chocolate eating lots.

Lochie is a Evo always on track.

Lochie is a Pine tree tall and strong.

Lochie is a steak sandwich.

Lochie is a mighty force on the rugby field.
